히든도어(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 처리방침을 둡니다. 히든도어는 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있는 매칭 서비스입니다.
회원 식별 및 계정 관리, 프로필 기반 매칭·추천 제공, 메시지·호감 등 커뮤니티 서비스 운영, 결제 및 열쇠(키) 재화 관리, 고객 문의 응대, 부적절 콘텐츠·이용자 신고 처리 및 서비스 안전성 확보.
회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 거래·결제 기록 등은 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 배지 인증 서류는 심사 완료 즉시 파기합니다.
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자(다른 회사·기관)에 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 결제(Apple·Google), 푸시알림(Expo), 게시물·프로필 자동번역(Google) 등 일부 처리업무가 위탁될 수 있습니다. 매칭 성사 시 본인이 동의한 연락처는 상대 이용자에게 공개될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회·수정하거나, 앱 내 [내 정보 → 회원 탈퇴]를 통해 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제(탈퇴)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
회사는 부적절한 콘텐츠에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용하며, 신고 접수 시 24시간 이내 검토·조치합니다. 이용자는 각 게시물에서 다른 이용자를 차단하거나 신고할 수 있습니다. 아동 안전 관련 정책은 아동 안전 표준을 참고하세요.

hiddendoor（以下「当社」）は、利用者の個人情報を保護するため、以下の方針を定めます。hiddendoorは満19歳以上の成人のみが利用できるマッチングサービスです。
会員の識別およびアカウント管理、プロフィールに基づくマッチング・おすすめの提供、メッセージ・好意などのコミュニティ機能の運営、決済および鍵（キー）の管理、お問い合わせ対応、不適切なコンテンツ・利用者の通報処理、サービスの安全性確保。
退会時に遅滞なく破棄します。ただし、関連法令により保存が必要な取引・決済記録などは、当該期間中保管します。バッジ認証書類は審査完了後ただちに破棄します。
当社は利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者（他社・他機関）に提供しません。サービス運営のため、決済（Apple・Google）、プッシュ通知（Expo）、投稿・プロフィールの自動翻訳（Google）などの一部業務を委託する場合があります。マッチング成立時、本人が同意した連絡先は相手の利用者に公開されることがあります。
利用者はいつでも自分の個人情報を照会・修正でき、アプリ内の［マイページ → 退会］からアカウントおよび関連データの削除（退会）を要請できます。
当社は不適切なコンテンツに対し無寛容（ゼロトレランス）の原則を適用し、通報を受けた場合は24時間以内に審査・対応します。利用者は各投稿から他の利用者をブロックまたは通報できます。児童安全に関する方針は児童安全基準をご参照ください。

hiddendoor ("the Company") establishes the following policy to protect users' personal information. hiddendoor is a matching service available only to adults aged 19 and over.
Member identification and account management; profile-based matching and recommendations; operating community features such as messages and likes; managing payments and "Keys"; responding to inquiries; handling reports of inappropriate content/users; ensuring service safety.
Data is destroyed without delay upon account deletion, except for transaction/payment records that must be retained under applicable law for the required period. Badge verification documents are destroyed immediately after review.
The Company does not provide personal data to third parties (other companies/organizations) without the user's consent. To operate the service, certain tasks may be entrusted to processors such as payments (Apple/Google), push notifications (Expo), and automatic translation of posts/profiles (Google). Upon a match, contact details the user has consented to share may be disclosed to the matched user.
Users may view or correct their personal information at any time, and may request deletion of their account and related data via [My Page → Delete Account] in the app.
The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate content and reviews/acts on reports within 24 hours. Users may block or report other users from each post. For child-safety matters, see our Child Safety Standards.
