히든도어(이하 "회사")는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)에 대해 무관용 원칙(zero tolerance)을 적용합니다. 본 표준은 Google Play의 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수하기 위해 게시됩니다.
히든도어는 만 19세 이상 성인만 가입·이용할 수 있는 매칭 서비스입니다. 미성년자의 가입은 금지되며, 미성년자로 확인된 계정은 즉시 영구 정지하고 관련 데이터를 파기합니다.
아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)를 포함한 모든 형태의 아동 대상 성적 콘텐츠·행위·유인(grooming)·인신매매는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 회사는 이러한 콘텐츠 또는 행위를 발견하거나 신고받은 즉시 삭제하고, 작성자를 영구 추방하며, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 관할 당국에 신고합니다.
이용자는 앱 내 각 게시물·프로필의 [신고하기] 및 [차단하기] 버튼, 또는 [고객센터]를 통해 아동 안전 관련 우려사항을 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토되며 위반 확인 시 즉시 조치됩니다. CSAE 관련 신고는 아래 연락처로도 직접 접수할 수 있습니다.
회사는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 아동 안전 법규를 준수하며, CSAM을 인지한 경우 관할 당국(대한민국 경찰청, 방송통신심의위원회 및 해당 관할의 NCMEC 등)에 신고합니다.

hiddendoor（以下「当社」）は、児童に対する性的虐待および搾取（CSAE）に対し無寛容（ゼロトレランス）の原則を適用します。本基準は、Google Playの児童安全基準ポリシーを遵守するために公開されます。
hiddendoorは満19歳以上の成人のみが登録・利用できるマッチングサービスです。未成年者の登録は禁止されており、未成年と確認されたアカウントはただちに永久停止し、関連データを破棄します。
児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）を含む、あらゆる形態の児童を対象とした性的コンテンツ・行為・誘引（グルーミング）・人身売買を厳格に禁止します。当社はこれらのコンテンツまたは行為を発見または通報を受けた場合、ただちに削除し、作成者を永久に追放し、関連法令に従って捜査機関および管轄当局に通報します。
利用者は、アプリ内の各投稿・プロフィールの［通報］および［ブロック］ボタン、または［お問い合わせ］から児童安全に関する懸念を通報できます。通報は24時間以内に審査され、違反が確認された場合はただちに対応します。CSAEに関する通報は、下記の連絡先へ直接行うこともできます。
当社は関連する児童安全法令を遵守し、CSAMを認知した場合は管轄当局（韓国警察庁、放送通信審議委員会、および該当管轄のNCMEC等）に通報します。

hiddendoor ("the Company") applies a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards are published in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
hiddendoor is a matching service that only adults aged 19 and over may register for and use. Registration by minors is prohibited; any account found to belong to a minor is immediately and permanently suspended and its related data destroyed.
All forms of sexual content, conduct, grooming, and trafficking targeting children — including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — are strictly prohibited. Upon discovering or receiving a report of such content or conduct, the Company immediately removes it, permanently bans the author, and reports to law enforcement and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Users can report child-safety concerns via the [Report] and [Block] buttons on each post/profile, or via [Support]. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and acted upon immediately when a violation is confirmed. CSAE-related reports may also be sent directly to the contact below.
The Company complies with applicable child-safety laws and, upon becoming aware of CSAM, reports to the relevant authorities (e.g., the Korean National Police Agency, the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and NCMEC in the applicable jurisdiction).
